• PERSONALIZED LOT EVALUATION:
  We will go with you to look at your lot, get your ideas of how you would like to position your new home on the lot and offer our suggestions.
  
  
• CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE:
  If you don't have a floorplan, we have lots of great ones for you to choose from. We will also custom design one just right for your needs and specialized lot conditions.
  
  
• DETAILED PROPOSAL:
  Once we have a floorplan you like, we will present you with a nineteen page proposal, detailing all of the cost and specifications for your new home guaranteeing that cost to you through a written contract.
  
  
• MECHANICAL WALK-THRU:
  After construction has started and the home is under roof, we will schedule appointments for you to meet with us and our sub-contractors to walk through the house and mark electrical openings, heat and air duct locations, cabinet layout per the blueprints, and per your request to relocate for special furniture placement needs, etc.
  
  
• CUSTOMER MOVE IN:
  From the initial stages of lot evaluation to the finished product, we will be there every step of the way, scheduling and overseeing the construction process. We will be there to answer your questions, offer suggestions and advice.
